What are responsibilities of a banking manager?
Well, a banking manager is responsible for leading the sales function for the bank, maintaining the proper staffing level according to the staff model and providing customer support services. He sets the priorities, direct and delegate sales responsibilities to the people who are under him. A banking manager is liable for developing and maintaining close relationships with assigned banking partners such as Mortgage Loan Officers, Business Banking Officer and Brokerage representatives.
