HOW to APPLY for SYMBIOSIS SNAP 2009

Registration for SNAP:

STEP 1 : Process of Registration:- Register for SNAP Test at www.snaptest.org.This will generate your SNAP ID. For different modes of payment different 'Payment Advice' formats are created. Choose payment mode and print a 'Payment Advice' form online.

STEP 2 : Pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1500/- according to the payment mode. You have 4 choices.

PAYMENT THROUGH CASH:

* You may pay cash only at an Axis Bank branch. Print 'Axis Bank Challan' which is in 3 parts. Pay Rs. 1500/- in cash at any Axis Bank branch in your city. Refer to the list of branches on the website. The bank will return two stamped parts of the 'Axis Bank Challan' to you. The 'Student copy' is your receipt.
* Sign the stamped 'Symbiosis copy' of the 'Axis Bank Challan' form of Axis Bank and send it to the Symbiosis Test Secretariat at the following Address,

PAYMENT THROUGH DEMAND DRAFT:
* Get a demand draft for Rs. 1500/- from any Nationalize Bank in favour of "Symbiosis Test Secretariat" payable at Pune.
* Sign the single copy of the 'Payment Advice' for DD and send it along with the DD to the Symbiosis Test Secretariat only at the following Address,

ONLINE PAYMENT THROUGH CREDIT CARD: You may pay directly through either Master or Visa card online. Follow the instructions on the SNAP website.

MONEY TRANSFER: You may transfer your SNAP test fee from Axis Bank to Symbiosis Test Secretariat account. Presently this facility is available only for Axis Bank account Holders.

Prospectus will be sent to candidates by Symbiosis Test Secretariat.

The candidate has to make separate registration and payment for the particular institute where he is interested to take admission. For this the mode of payment is either by Credit Card or by Demand Draft. For candidates both the above mentioned processes are mandatory i.e. candidate has to pay for Test Fee + Prospectus Fee and pay separately to the institute as a particular institute's registration fee.

International Students.

Symbiosis International University takes care of international students through The International Office. All international students aspiring for admission to the institutes of Symbiosis International University are required to contact this office.

STEP 3 : Admit Card should be printed from the website. This will be operative from December 07, 2009 and will remain open till December 20, 2009.Ensure the following.

* Print the SNAP Test 2009 Admit Card online.
* Bring the Admit card with the Photo Id Proof to the Test Center. An acceptable photo identity is any one of *Passport * Driving license *College / Institute identity card, *Credit card with photograph,* Voter ID Card. At the time of the written test, it is mandatory to produce photo identity as described above.
Symbiosis Authorized Person will verify and authenticate your Admit Card against the photo-id.
Please preserve this authenticated Admit Card for further selection processes of individual Institutes.
[Please Note that no duplicate Admit Card will be issued in case it is lost by the candidate].
