One can get the application form in person from the institute's Office against a cash payment of Rs 1200. Application form and information brochure can also be obtained by post by sending a request for the application form accompanied with a DD of Rs 1200 drawn in favor of 'Institute of Financial Management & Research' payable at Chennai.
