If someone tells, that "are just looking for a job" and I look down at his or her application and see that have no retail experience. On the other hand, if a candidate tells that they are pursuing employment with my organization because they love selling and enjoy shopping at my store, and possess some retail or customer service background, they may get a little extra time. |
